CAD models of tires at the touch of a button

The tire measuring station that we set up for you helps you to automatically determine tire geometry data. With the tire measurement software TIRE@MEASURE 3D models of tires can be generated.

These models can be used to generate layer patterns and robot path data for automated palletizing/depalletizing using our PALGO@TIRE software. The practice of measuring is as follows:

Step 1: The operator places a tire in the measurement station and starts the measuring process by laser scanner.

Step 2: The operator triggers the scanning process and model generation on the PC user interface.

Within a few milliseconds, the program generates the corresponding CAD tire model. This can be stored in a database. As a result, it is available at any time, e.g. for tyre palletizing.
