Tire Measurement with the Tire Measurement Software MEASURE@TIRE
CAD models of tires at the push of a button
The tire measuring station helps You to determine exact geometry of tires automatically. With the tire measuring software MEASURE@TIRE, 3D models of tires can be generated.
These models can be used to generate tire patterns including robot movements for robotic tire palletizing by use of our tire palletizing software PALGO@TIRE. The practice of tire measurement is as follows:
Step 1: The operator places a tire in the tire measurement station and starts tire measurement.
Step 2: On the graphical user interface on the industrial computer, the operator triggers the three-dimensional measurement of the tire using a 3D vision sensor.
Within a few milliseconds, the tire measurement software generates the corresponding three-dimensional tire model. It can be stored in a database. This makes it available at any time, for example, for robotic tire palletizing or for the automatic generation of tire samples.
